capable of producing winds to around 30 knots, lightning strikes,
and small hail. This thunderstorm was located near Upper New York
Harbor, moving northeast at 25 knots.

The strong thunderstorm will be near...
Eastchester Bay around 140 PM EDT.
Little Neck Bay and Saddle Rock around 145 PM EDT.
Baxter Estates, Manhasset Bay, and Execution Rocks around 150 PM
EDT.
Hempstead Harbor around 155 PM EDT.
Mamaroneck Harbor around 200 PM EDT.
