Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Drivers of high profile vehicles should consider delaying travel until winds subside this afternoon. People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind. &&
