MDT Tuesday. For the second Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 10
PM MDT Wednesday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Thursday
morning through Thursday evening.

* WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts 35 to 55 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 to 13 percent.

* IMPACTS...Elevated fire danger is expected. Fires will catch
and spread rapidly and erratically.
