* WHAT...Temperatures climbing to between 95 and 102 degrees Sunday
afternoon.  Temperatures between 97 and 105 on Monday.

* WHERE...Eastern Fremont, El Paso and Pueblo Counties including
Pueblo, Colorado Springs and Canon City.

* WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, from noon today to 8 PM MDT
this evening. For the second Heat Advisory, from 9 AM to 8 PM MDT
Monday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses, especially in
urban areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
