Colorado Upper East Forecast Area below 8500 feet.

* TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, from 9 AM this
morning to midnight MDT tonight. For the second Red Flag
Warning, from 9 AM Saturday to midnight MDT Saturday night.
For the Fire Weather Watch, from Sunday afternoon through
Sunday evening.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 35 to 45 mph.
