Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, gulches, roads, and poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Logan Corners, Atwood and Pawnee Pass. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Strong thunderstorms with torrential rainfall will be possible in the Watch area late this afternoon and evening.
