Isolated totals up to 30 inches possible across the higher mountains in Boulder and Larimer counties. * WHERE...Rocky Mountain National Park, the Medicine Bow Range, and the northern Front Range foothills, including Red Feather Lakes, Estes Park, and Nederland. * WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Heavy snow accumulating on trees may result in broken tree limbs, downed powerlines, and scattered power outages. Travel could be very difficult due to the depth of heavy, wet snow. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
