Scattered power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Strong winds will lead to rapid fire growth of any new fire. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Avoid outdoor burning or any activity that may cause sparks.
