Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass, Rocky Mountain National Park, the Medicine Bow Range, the Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and the Indian Peaks. * WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads will become slippery in spots, especially through mountain passes. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling.
