...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Colorado, including the following areas: the southern Front Range Foothills, the Palmer Divide, and adjacent plains through eastern Elbert and Lincoln counties. * WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A surge of tropical moisture from the remnants of Hurricane Polo and a storm system will bring a threat of flooding into our area late tonight through Thursday morning. Periods of heavy rainfall may lead to totals of 1 to 2.5 inches in the watch area, with locally higher amounts possible. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
