* WHERE...Elevations below 9,000 feet, including Mariposa-Madera
Lower Sierra, San Joaquin River Canyon, Upper San Joaquin River,
Yosemite NP outside of the valley and Yosemite Valley.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.
