* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Northern San Francisco Bay Area (Napa, Sonoma, and Marin
counties).

* WHEN...Through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low water crossing
may become flooded. Standing water is likely in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Moderate to heavy rain associated with an atmospheric river will
impact the region. An additional 0.25-1.0" of rain is expected in
the valleys during the watch period, with up to 1.25" in the
coastal mountains. Area rivers, streams, and creeks that are
prone to flooding could see rapid rises during and after heavy
rainfall. There is a slight chance for flash flooding,
particularly in urban areas through Monday afternoon. Debris
flows are possible particularly for the Pickett Burn Scar.

WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...The Bay Area, The Central Coast, The Santa Clara Valley and
Eastern Hills, The Salinas and Carmel Valleys and Hollister Area,
The Santa Cruz Mountains, and San Francisco Peninsula Coast.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could down trees, snap power lines, and
result in property damage. Widespread power outages are possible.
Travel could be extremely difficult and hazardous, especially for
high profile vehicles. The combination of wind and moist soils will
increase the risk for downed trees.
