* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures of 99 to
105 degrees, locally up to 107 degrees, possible and overnight low
temperatures in the low to mid-70s.

* WHERE...San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland
Empire.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Above average temperatures overnight will
limit overnight relief from the heat. Widespread moderate to
locally major HeatRisk.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car
