Higher amounts over the Trinity Alps. Winds could gust as high as 55 mph over high and exposed terrain. * WHERE...Northern Trinity. * WHEN...From Saturday morning through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Tire chains may be necessary if travelling through mountain passes. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
