* WHERE...San Joaquin Valley.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include, but are not
limited to, Interstate 5, as well as State Routes 41, 43, 46, 58,
99, 152, 168, 180 and 198.
