Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of rainfall Sunday into Monday will promote small stream flooding. Some breaks in the precipitation are possible, but will be brief and not allow for much chance for basins to drain.
