* WHERE...All of Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties
except the Santa Barbara County Southeastern Coast, Santa Barbara
County Southwestern Coast, Santa Ynez Mountains, and Southern
Ventura County Mountains which are are covered in a separate Flood
Watch.

* WHEN...From late Friday night through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rain rates up to 1 inch per hour are possible, especially in
the south facing foothills and mountains.
