Waves 2 to 3 feet on Lake Tahoe and Pyramid Lake. * WHERE...Greater Lake Tahoe Area, Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area, and Western Nevada Basin and Range including Pyramid Lake. * WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.
