- At 648 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
showers. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Irvine, Mission Viejo, Tustin, Laguna Beach, Dana Point,
Newport Beach, Laguna Niguel, Rancho Santa Margarita, Aliso
Viejo and San Juan Capistrano.

...SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS
THROUGH AT LEAST LATE TONIGHT...

A slight chance of thunderstorms will spread across the coastal
waters through tonight and continuing through at least late
tonight, as a cold front moves over the region. Thunderstorm
chances may linger across the coastal waters into Tuesday night.
Any thunderstorms that form will be capable of producing local
gale force winds and rough seas, dangerous lightning, heavy
rainfall with reduced visibility, and waterspouts.
