Waves 2 to 4 feet on Lake Tahoe. * WHERE...Greater Lake Tahoe Area. * WHEN...From 4 AM to 6 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.
