Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 437 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lockwood Valley, Rose Valley, Highway 33 from Lockwood Valley Road to the Santa Barbara County line, Reyes Peak and Highway 33 between Wheeler Springs and Rose Valley Road. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
