CA including Santa Catalina and Anacapa Islands. * WHEN...Until 3 PM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will create dangerous sea conditions which could capsize or damage small and large vessels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The warning may need to be extended if strong winds persist through the evening and overnight hours.
