Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1055 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.4 and 0.9 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oakland, Hayward, Concord, Berkeley, Richmond, San Leandro, Alameda, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Union City, Walnut Creek, Dublin, Danville, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, San Pablo, Lafayette, El Cerrito, Castro Valley and San Lorenzo. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
