Impacts possible in some health systems and in heat-sensitive industries. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room if possible and avoid prolonged periods in the sun. In addition, be sure to check up on relatives and neighbors. Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes. &&

San Francisco high tide is 6.88 ft at 12:02 AM Wednesday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed.
