* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions today with temperatures of 103 to
107 degrees. Hot conditions continue into Saturday with high
temperatures up to 103 degrees. Lows will be in the mid 70s to low
80s.

* WHERE...San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland
Empire.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will fall to below normal by
Sunday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car
