* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of the High Desert.

* WHEN...Until 625 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 523 PM PST, Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory
area.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.25 inches are
expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Victorville, I-15 Between Victorville And Barstow, northern
Lucerne Valley, Hwy 247 Between Lucerne Valley And Barstow
and Helendale.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO 4 PM PST FRIDAY ABOVE 6500 FT...

* WHAT...Heavy wet snow expected above 6500 feet with accumulating
snow as low as 5500 to 6000 feet early Friday morning.  Through
Friday afternoon, snowfall of 4 to 8 inches is expected from 6000
to 7000 feet, 7 to 11 inches from 7000 to 7500 feet, and 12 to 16
inches above 7500 feet. Scattered snow showers will continue for
Friday night into Saturday with additional snowfall of 2 to 5
inches.

* WHERE...Riverside County Mountains and San Bernardino County
Mountains.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 4 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday
morning commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
