...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
LATE THURSDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following
areas, Orange County Coastal Areas, Orange County Inland Areas,
Riverside County Mountains, San Bernardino County Mountains, San
Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San
Diego County Coastal Areas, San Diego County Mountains, San Diego
County Valleys and Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Debris flows
possible in and below recent burn scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- An atmospheric river will generate moderate to heavy rainfall
Thursday into early Friday with rainfall rates of 0.30-0.50
inch/hour, locally up to 0.75 inch/hour at times on the
coastal mountain slopes.
