Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clovis, Sanger, Reedley, Dinuba, Orosi, Orange Cove, Oakhurst, East Orosi, Yosemite Lakes, Cutler, Fancher Creek, Trimmer Springs, Mountain Rest, Auberry, Hurley, Shaver Lake, Fence Meadow, Shaver Lake 3ne, Millerton Lake and North Fork. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
