* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 636 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Clovis, Sanger, Reedley, Dinuba, Orosi, Orange Cove,
Oakhurst, East Orosi, Yosemite Lakes, Cutler, Fancher Creek,
Trimmer Springs, Mountain Rest, Auberry, Hurley, Shaver Lake,
Fence Meadow, Shaver Lake 3ne, Millerton Lake and North Fork.

thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already
caused minor flooding in the advisory area.

Fresno, Visalia, Tulare, Hanford, Delano, Wasco, Corcoran,
Lemoore, Sanger, Reedley, Selma, Dinuba, Parlier, Earlimart,
McFarland, Kingsburg, Farmersville, Home Garden, Armona and

creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are
possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood
with more heavy rain.
