* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Minor debris flows at recent burn scars including the Bridge and
Eaton Scars possible. Minor rock and mudslides near steep
terrain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 346 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Long Beach, Acton, Wrightwood, Mount Wilson, Pasadena,
Alhambra, West Covina, Whittier, Glendora, Downtown Los
Angeles, San Dimas, Pomona, Inglewood, Torrance, Manhattan

* At 320 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate
that another round of moderate to heavy rainfall will move over
the warned area soon. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Rock and mud
slides. Minor debris flows at recent burn scars
including the Eaton burn scar.

Long Beach, Downtown Los Angeles, Griffith Park, Hollywood,
Inglewood, Culver City, Burbank, Alhambra, North Hollywood,

* Until 500 PM PST.

* At 318 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that another round of moderate to heavy rain is falling over the
warned area. Between 1.8 and 2.7 inches of rain have fallen. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. Rock and mud
slides. Minor debris flows at the Palisades and
Franklin Burn Scars.
