...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM PDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwest California, including northern portions of Ventura County and far northwestern portions of Los Angeles County. * WHEN...Until 830 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Shallow mud or debris flows out of the Post burn scar are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 527 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms, with rainfall rates up to 0.50 inch per hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
