Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... High winds can topple trees which can be deadly. Avoid being under trees during the highest winds. Postpone travel until lighter winds. People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind. &&
