Total snow accumulations 1 to 5 feet possible. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph over high and exposed terrain. The higher snow accumulation totals will be well above the average snow level of 4500 feet. * WHERE...Elevations above 4500 feet in Siskiyou County. * WHEN...From late Monday night through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel may be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. ...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH 11 PM THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of northern California, including Siskiyou County. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river is moving into the area through this evening. Moderate to heavy rainfall is forecast with rates of 0.25"-0.50" is possible.
