* WHAT...A strong Atmospheric River weather system continues to
bring widespread rainfall.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following
areas, Northeastern Mendocino Interior, Northern Lake,
Southeastern Mendocino Interior, Southern Lake, Southern Trinity
and Southwestern Mendocino Interior.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides
along roadways. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A strong Atmospheric River weather system continues to bring
widespread rainfall.
