Mexican Border Extending 10 to 60 nm out including San
Clemente Island.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds remain below 20 knots overnight
before restrengthening late Thursday morning. Winds slowly begin
to weaken again Thursday night into Friday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 35 to 45 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Orange County Coastal Areas, Orange County Inland Areas,
San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San
Diego County Coastal Areas, San Diego County Valleys, and Santa
Ana Mountains and Foothills.

* WHEN...From 9 AM Thursday to 2 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Shallow rooted trees may be uprooted.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will begin late in the
morning for Orange County, reaching San Diego county by the early
afternoon.
