* WIND...Northwestly 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Minimum RH values down to 10 to 20 percent.

* HIGHEST THREAT...Across the West Hills and the Western
portionsof the San Joaquin Valley.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
