...THREAT OF STRONG TO LOCALLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS AND ISOLATED WATERSPOUTS ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON.... A deep low pressure system with an associated cold front will move over the coastal waters tonight through Tuesday afternoon. Conditions are also favorable for rotating storms, with isolated waterspouts becoming likely. In addition to the threats of strong wind gusts and isolated waterspouts, any thunderstorm that forms will be capable of producing dangerous lightning, heavy rainfall with reduced visibility, and small hail.
