For the Heat Advisory, temperatures 87 to 92 expected. * WHERE...Los Angeles County Beaches, Los Angeles County Inland Coast including Downtown Los Angeles, Los Angeles County San Gabriel Valley, and Palos Verdes Hills. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM PST this evening.
