For the High Wind Warning, south winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected. * WHERE...For both the Wind Advisory and the High Wind Warning, the Shasta Valley from Weed to Montague including I-5. The strongest winds will be from Weed to Grenada on Saturday evening into early Sunday morning. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM PST Saturday. For the High Wind Warning, from 10 AM Saturday to 4 AM PST Sunday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages.
