...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MID-SATURDAY MORNING THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following areas, Riverside County Mountains, San Bernardino County Mountains and San Diego County Mountains. * WHEN...From 11 AM Saturday morning through 7 PM Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Debris flows near burn scars are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing moderate to heavy rain expected in the mountains during the mid-morning to evening hours on Saturday. Thunderstorms that develop have the potential to produce rain rates of 0.50 to 1 inch per hour, locally higher.
