* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast and southern California, including
the following counties, in southeast California, Imperial. In
southern California, Riverside and San Bernardino.

* WHEN...Until 100 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 949 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.25 and 0.5
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.25 inches are
expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Chiriaco Summit, Desert Center, Salton City, North Shore,
Cottonwood Visitor, Eagle Mtn, Bombay Beach, Salton Sea
Beach, Desert Shores, Imperial Hot Mineral Springs, Coolidge
Springs and Winona.

* WHEN...Until 1128 AM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over
roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or
is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 917 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.25 inches are
expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Riverside, San Bernardino, Fontana, Moreno Valley, Ontario,
Corona, Victorville, Rialto, Hesperia and Apple Valley.

flooding.
