MORNING TO 5 AM PDT SATURDAY FOR FIRE ZONE 215...

* Winds...North winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.
Strongest winds expected over the northern Sacramento Valley
west of Interstate 5.

* Humidity...Daytime minimum humidities of 10 to 15 percent.
Overnight recoveries 30 to 50 percent.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low humidity can
cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.

* Highest Threat...Northern Sacramento Valley along and west of
the Interstate 5 corridor.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
