the Coastal Flood Advisory from Sunday afternoon until Tuesday
afternoon, minor coastal flooding expected.

Tropical Storm Rachel with a combination of increased swell,
onshore winds, and high tides locally over 7.5 feet. High tides

...THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE FOR THE COASTAL WATERS SOUTH OF THE
CHANNEL ISLANDS UNTIL 9 PM PDT TONIGHT...

A moist and unstable air mass will bring a slight chance of thunderstorms
to the coastal waters South of the Channel Islands through this
evening. Any thunderstorm that forms will be capable of producing
locally gale force winds and rough seas, dangerous lightning, and
heavy rainfall with reduced visibility.
