...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 degrees expected. * WHERE...The lower Klamath, Scott and Shasta valleys of Central Siskiyou County and Western Siskiyou County. This includes the cities of Happy Camp, Etna, Fort Jones, Yreka, Weed and Montague. * WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Frost and freezing conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low cloud cover and fog may preclude freezing conditions in some areas, but the probability of temperatures lower than 32 degrees is 50% or greater in the areas mentioned.
