Above 5500 feet, 1 to 3 feet of snow expected. Winds gusting to 45 mph over high and exposed terrain. Snow levels will fall to around 4000 feet for this afternoon into Friday morning. * WHERE...Above 4500 feet in western and eastern Siskiyou County. Including the locations of...Bray, Tennant.
