case scenario, visibilities down to zero.

* WHERE...A portion of central California.

* WHEN...For the first Dense Fog Advisory, from 1 AM to noon PST
Wednesday. For the second Dense Fog Advisory, from 11 PM Wednesday
to noon PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Visibility can change quickly, before you have time to react.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways include, but are not limited to
Interstate 5, State Routes 99, 41, 43, 46, 58, 59, 140, 152, 165,
180 and 198.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your manual or low beam headlights. Do
not use automatic headlights since your tail lights will be dark.
