...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 10 to 16 feet with dangerous
rip currents. Largest on northwest facing beaches.

* WHERE...San Luis Obispo County Beaches and Santa Barbara
County Central Coast Beaches.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...There is an increased risk for ocean drowning. Rip
currents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Large
breaking waves can cause injury, wash people off beaches and
rocks, and capsize small boats near shore.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Minor Beach erosion and isolated minor
coastal flooding is possible. Most likely during the evening
high tides (7pm to 11pm) on Saturday and Sunday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions, or stay
near occupied lifeguard towers. Rock jetties can be deadly in
such conditions, stay off the rocks.

...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and
combined seas 13 to 19 ft when conditions are worst.

* WHERE...Waters from Pt. Sal to Santa Cruz Island CA and
westward 60 nm including San Miguel and Santa Rosa Islands.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will create dangerous sea conditions
which could capsize or damage small and large vessels.

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
