* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Northwestern Santa Clara and north central Santa Cruz
counties.

* WHEN...Until 300 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1235 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This is
causing urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor
drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the
advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, Cupertino,
Campbell, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Buena Vista, Sunol-
Midtown, Fruitdale, Seven Trees, Rancho Rinconada Cdp, Alum
Rock, East Foothills, Monte Sereno, Cambrian Park, Rancho
