Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 137 PM PST, Heavy rain has ended across northeastern San Bernardino County. However...minor flooding is ongoing due to runoff which is affecting low water crossings and washes. Additional rounds of rain remain possible this afternoon and evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mitchell Caverns, Cima, Kelso, Baker, Hole In The Wall Campground, Mid Hills Campground, Black Canyon Equestrian Campground, Essex, Nipton And Ivanpah Roads, Mountain Pass, Nipton and Sandy Valley. - This includes the following highways...
