* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southern Lake County...

* Until 600 PM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over
roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in
urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1107 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor
flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lakeport, Middletown, Upper Lake, Clearlake, Konocti Bay,
Glenhaven, Mount Konocti, Soda Bay, Seigler Springs, Loch Lomond,
Adams, Ettawa Springs, Hobergs, Forest Lake, Whispering Pines,
Finley, Anderson Springs, Hough Springs, Barkerville and North
Lakeport.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Western Lake County in central California...
Mendocino County in northwestern California...

* Until 800 PM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect
many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1105 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is
already occurring in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ukiah, Willits, Point Arena, Laytonville, Ukiah Municipal
Airport, Covelo, Upper Lake, Potter Valley, Philo, Boonville,
Hopland, Rockport, Leggett, Gualala, Redwood Valley, Calpella,
Dos Rios, Comptche, Talmage and Navarro.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following
areas, Mendocino Coast, Northeastern Mendocino Interior, Northern
Lake, Northwestern Mendocino Interior, Southeastern Mendocino
Interior, Southern Lake and Southwestern Mendocino Interior.

* WHEN...Through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides
along roadways. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- An atmospheric river will move into northwest California through
this evening. Periods of moderate to heavy rain with rates of a
quarter to a half of an inch per hour are possible. Total rain
amounts of 3-6 inches are forecast. Rises in creeks and streams
are likely and could result in minor flooding impacts. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* WHERE...Lake County, mainly over the higher terrain.

* WHEN...Until noon PST today.

* IMPACTS...Wind gusts will be particularly strong along windward
ridges. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs
could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
