For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 45 kt expected. * WHERE...Coastal Waters from Point Pinos to Point Piedras Blancas California out to 10 NM. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 3 PM this afternoon to 9 PM PST this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 3 PM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. ...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 2 PM PST SATURDAY... ...BEACH HAZARDS STATEMENT WILL EXPIRE AT 3 AM PST EARLY THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Up to 1.2 ft of inundation above ground level is possible in low lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...San Francisco and Monterey Bay. * WHEN...For the Beach Hazards Statement, through late Monday night. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 8 AM Tuesday to 2 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At the San Francisco tidal gauge high tide is expected to be 0.7 ft above normal (6.6 ft MLLW) at 9:42 AM Tuesday, 1.0 ft above normal (6.9 ft MLLW) at 10:18 AM Wednesday, 1.2 ft above normal (7.0 ft MLLW) at 10:58 AM Thursday, 1.1 ft above normal (7.0 ft MLLW) at 11:42 AM Friday, and 0.9 ft above normal (6.7 ft MLLW) at 12:31 PM Saturday. High tide timing varies up to 90 minutes earlier or later along the coast and throughout the Bay respectfully. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. &&
